1. Start with a cleansed face.
2. Apply a few drops of HotChi facial oil to help the tool glide and nourish your skin.
3. Hold the gua sha at a 15° angle and gently scrape along your jawline, cheekbones, brow area, and neck using upward strokes.
4. Use light to medium pressure — the goal is flow, not force.
5. Repeat each stroke 3–5 times and always work from the centre of the face outward.
6. Rinse the tool with warm water after use and pat dry.
