Whether it's clarity, calm, or empowerment, take a moment to name it.
4. Gua Sha Practice
Neck: Stroke downward to stimulate lymphatic flow.
Jawline: Sweep outward from the chin to the ear.
Cheeks: Move from nose to temples.
Under-Eye: Gently sweep from the inner corner to outer edge.
Forehead: Stroke upward then out to the temples.
5. Repeat Each Stroke 5–10 Times
6. Finish with Breath
Close your eyes, inhale deeply again, and hold your face in your palms for 10 seconds of stillness.
